Terms of Service for GPLUS AUTO PARTS
GPLUS AUTO PARTS is a service operated by G-PLUS, INC. By accessing or using GPLUS AUTO PARTS (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

By connecting your Amazon Seller or advertising account to our Service through the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) or Amazon Ads API, you confirm that you are authorized to connect that account and acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms.
2. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.
3. User Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date Amazon seller or advertising account information.
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service.
- Comply with all applicable Amazon seller, advertising, developer, and API usage policies.
4. Data Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to your data. We only process your data to provide the Service and perform actions you authorize. We do not claim ownership of your Amazon sales, advertising, campaign, performance, or customer information.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, G-PLUS, INC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
- Interruptions or errors in the Amazon SP-API or Amazon Ads API.
- Delays in data synchronization due to Amazon rate limits.
- Any loss of profits or business opportunities.
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:
- You violate these Terms.
- Your Amazon seller or advertising account is suspended, or its authorization is revoked.
- You fail to pay subscription fees, if applicable.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States.
