G-PLUS, INC., doing business as GPLUS AUTO PARTS ("we," "our," or "us"), is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and safeguard information when you use the GPLUS AUTO PARTS application and related services (the "App"), including integrations with the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) and Amazon Ads API.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information directly from you and, after you authorize the relevant Amazon account, from Amazon through the SP-API and Amazon Ads API:
- Account and Authorization Information: Amazon Seller IDs, advertising account or profile IDs, Marketplace IDs, account scopes, OAuth access and refresh tokens, and authorization status.
- SP-API Data: Listings, inventory, orders, order items, SKUs, quantities, prices, fulfillment, shipment, and report data made available within the scopes you authorize.
- Amazon Ads Data: Advertising profiles, portfolios, campaigns, ad groups, ads, creatives, keywords, targets, budgets, bids, and advertising performance and reporting metrics made available within the scopes you authorize.
- Personally Identifiable Information (PII): If you grant us permission, we may collect buyer names, shipping addresses, and phone numbers solely for the purpose of order fulfillment and shipping label generation.
- Technical and Support Information: Application activity, request and error logs, IP address, browser or device information, and support communications needed for security, auditing, and troubleshooting.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use the collected data strictly for the following purposes:
- To connect and maintain your authorized Amazon accounts.
- To provide seller operations such as listing and inventory synchronization, order tracking, fulfillment, shipment updates, and operational reporting.
- To create, retrieve, update, optimize, and report on authorized Amazon advertising profiles, campaigns, budgets, bids, keywords, targets, ads, and performance.
- To provide analytics, alerts, customer support, security monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- To comply with legal obligations and Amazon's Data Protection Policy.
We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your data or any PII to third parties for marketing purposes.
3. How We Share Data
We disclose data only as needed to operate the App: with Amazon to perform actions you authorize; with service providers that support hosting, storage, monitoring, security, communications, or fulfillment under confidentiality and security obligations; or when required by law, legal process, or protection of rights and security. We do not sell Amazon information or use it for interest-based advertising unrelated to the App.
4. Data Security and Encryption
We adhere to strict security standards to protect your data:
- Encryption at Rest: All PII data stored in our databases is encrypted using AES-256 standard encryption.
- Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between your browser, our servers, and Amazon is protected via TLS 1.2+ (HTTPS).
- Access Control: Access to PII is restricted to authorized personnel only who require it for system maintenance or support.
- Logging: Our system logs are monitored to ensure no PII is recorded in plain text.
5. Data Retention, Revocation, and Deletion
- Retention: We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the Services or as required by law.
- Revocation: You may revoke our access through the relevant Amazon account or advertising console. After revocation, we stop making new API requests except as needed to complete an authorized request or meet legal obligations.
- Deletion: Upon your request to disconnect your Amazon account or delete your data, we will securely erase all your PII from our systems within 30 days, in compliance with Amazon's Data Protection Policy.
6. Amazon API Compliance
We process Amazon data in accordance with the Amazon Services API Developer Agreement, the Amazon Data Protection Policy, and applicable Amazon Ads API policies. We request only the permissions needed for authorized App functions and do not use Amazon data for unauthorized purposes, such as building a competing product, profiling buyers, or unrelated advertising.
